Then I get this puzzled look and a pause. We need to stop looking at things in silos. We need to look at our lives as a whole. Work, kids, health, gym, food, friends, etc they are all part of our life. Isolating any one and giving them too much or too little weight will cause imbalance. If we look at things in this light and as a WHOLE, we will see that we can be more kind to ourselves. We can have peace with the overall picture.
