Another day, Another airport shift!!
On this day, I was scheduled at 0530 - 1230 but due to being busy at such early mornings, I came to the airport at 0400 to grab breakfast before I start. While eating, a GSL came up to me to ask me if I can start at 0430 instead because it was really busy. So I did start at 0430 and went home at 1130.
There were 3 flight to Vancouver that was cancelled and at least 2 flight to Calgary that was delayed. I had guests come up to me, angry, and asks me to why their flight was cancelled. All throughout my shift, I only entertained guests with cancelled flights.
