SAVE YOURSELF TIME AND MONEY. VALIDATE YOUR BUSINESS ASSUMPTIONS! Hope this helps the group members save some precious time and money. I wish I understood this 30 years ago! FOOD FOR THOUGHT: Problem – Is your problem true/worth solving? Solution – Is your product/offer going to solve the problem? Features – How do the core features of your product work? Business model – Is your business model viable and scalable? Price – Is there enough demand to make your business model work with the price you’ve set? How does your pricing model work in practice?

I don't enjoy spending unnecessary amounts of resources and time on developing a business model. I do this through teaching my clients that continuous testing of its most critical aspects is vital. I'm all about creating an effective feedback loop that validates the feasibility and effectiveness of the model. Just call me a total validation feedback nerd! I'm a sick man! But the point is that testing assumptions in short cycle feedback loops will save you so much heartache with false assumptions!
