'Eyes opened and closed in the curls of his hair, the folds of his skin; unfurling like a ribbon twirling through the air, whose shadow was reflecting and refracting through the morning mist, its form as solid as trying to grasp at pure light.
The eyes observed him, each gaze holding him in place, he try to meet their gaze but he could not, there were far too many for his brain to even comprehend. With each second it took more and more to just realise he was looking at *something* and not just the lights underneath his closed eyelids, his sense felt like they were being stripped away, till all that remain was the awareness of being watched, observed.
Like the lone tight rope walker beneath a harsh stage light , like an insect pinned ready to be examined, like a lone boat drifting above the deepest blues- he was spellbound, held in place by something he could not name.
He should be afraid, any normal person would, a mind numbing fear at trying to comprehend something existing beyond human understanding. But he didn't need to understand whats beyond, the truth for him was simple.
He was in love, and he was very much enjoying being the sole occupier of his beloved's attention, no matter in which form it came.'
