today i was unfortunate enough to pass out in public and people were kind enough to call the ambulance. except, the cost for calling it, and getting a required treatment before being let go is RIDICULOUS, and the moment i opened my eyes, while trying to be put down by the ambulance i tried to run the fuck away from it. failed. spent in hospital most of the first half of the day. messaged my insurance. let's pray for them covering its cost, otherwise i am FUCKED.

every day i wake up and mourn the fact that joseph kavinsky hadn't lived long enough to witness brat summer. this is HIS brand, mind you. cocaine vinyls. all the track list. racing while blasting 365. doing apple dance. snorting lines while screaming lyrics of von dutch. DIVA IT WAS TRULY YOUR SUMMER. YOU WOULD LOVE IT SO MUCH.

i really love this trope when group of friends (or not friends but they all pretend to be such) kill someone together and the rest of the plot is just batshit spiral of the consequences of that and attempts to fix the mess. black humour is a must-have. it is even more funny if none of them are good people and no one cares about the victim they just want OUT. and they still hate each other. bonus points if there are still messed up hook-ups and other weird dynamics going on.

i actually love when protagonist of some story in the future becomes not the best parent ever. not in antagonistic way but rather in a way where they love their kids, obviously, but yeah, they fuck up majorly in some aspects, leaving kids with mixed feelings. because parenthood is not easy even to those who somehow saved the world; or rather — especially to those who did just that
