Liberty Barbell Club is thrilled to host 2014 European Champion and two-time Olympian Lydia Valentin for an exciting Olympic Weightlifting seminar this December 14th! This is a unique opportunity to not only meet Spain's best female weightlifter, but to receive hands-on coaching, guidance and plenty of feedback on your own technique throughout the day. Spanish-to-English translation will be provided! While the seminar is open to all levels, athletes that have some weightlifting experience will get the most out of the instruction provided. You'll spend approximately two hours focusing on the snatch and two hours focusing on the clean & jerk followed by plenty of Q&A time with Lydia. We'll break between lifts for about thirty minutes. Lydia's Accomplishments: 2014 European Champion 2013 Bronce Medalist at the World Championships Two Time Olympian (2008 & 2012) 124kgs Snatch and 150kgs Clean & Jerk in the 75kgs class
