Tuesday Tidbits: Warranties First American Home Warranty has been a great peace reliever when I have had several things go out on the #rentalproperty; like the refrigerator last week that stop cooling, the month before that the kitchen sink was leaking, and three weeks prior to kitchen sink leak, the ceiling fan stop working during the time the temperatures in the #SanFernandoValley was hitting triple digits every day! In these issues, I was able to call the #warrantycompany get an appointment within a few days and have the items fixed by #licensedtechnicians. The work was done timely and completed properly.
