It appears to be an invitation to a place called The Library. The invitation goes on to state that, in exchange for completing an ordeal, you will be rewarded the book you seek, which is listed as....
..... The Book of Yuri?
A moment, the man pausing as he re-reads it over and over again. That book. That fucking book...
His teeth grit, holding the invitation to the Library. A pen appears in his hand, slamming it onto the table before forcibly writing down his name upon the line.
And in a second, he vanished, along side his weapon.
