Happy 10th anniversary to Carry On, the book that threw me bodily into fandom spaces. I’m so glad to be here 💕

Like Simon, this is waaaaaay overdue—I sent these out as valentines to a few fandom friends earlier this year :)

And because I’m a librarian and a big ol’ nerd, I actually catalogued the book and assigned a proper dewey decimal number, and figured out a way to print on legit catalog cards (we have boxes of the things still, from back in the day when a search engine was just your fingers, riffling through a drawer full of cards)

Yesterday, I visited the British Library in London. Libraries have a place in my heart as since my childhood, they have always felt like a safe space for me. TBL was an amazing experience and I can't wait to visit again in the summer. (And I finally bought a copy of Good Omens!!)
