2. Think of the last time you were REALLY angry. WHY were you angry? Do you still feel the same way?
Oh wow the last time I was truly angry . . . that's difficult because for me to get angry takes a lot. I get upset and frustrated and hurt and pissed, but angry? I can't remember the last time I was actually angry, honestly. The closest thing I can think of to me being angry was when someone basically told me that people who want to kill themselves are worthless and they would never be like that because it's stupid and invalid and blah blah blah. But that's not what did it. It was later on, and mind you I was really upset, I was talking to someone I truly trusted who KNEW I was suicidal at a point in my life, and I told them about it and how upset I was. And the gist of what they told me was "Get over it. That's how they are. You know this, why are you so upset?" I hardly talked to them for a week, was still really upset over a month later, and even now I'm still really hurt and don't trust them as much as I used to.
13. When was the last time you told someone HONESTLY how you felt regardless of how difficult it was for you to say? Who was it? What did you have to tell the person?
Face-to-face I'm guessing. I think it was my therapist. I tell her a lot of things like when I'm anxious or depressed and it's so very difficult for me because I don't like talking about my feelings because I get really emotional and I cry A LOT. I think the last thing we talked about was how I was scared to tell my family that I'm switching majors because I don't want to disappoint them (good news is I finally told them and they're all really supportive).
17. If there was one moment and one time in the last month what would you change and why?
I think about this a lot in general. If I could change so many things in my life, I would be happier, right? No. If I didn't have to go through the things I have, I wouldn't be the same person I am today. This might be a cop-out, but it's true. I would not change a thing because if something bad happened, I learned from it and if something good happened, I got to enjoy it.
