Friday Yoga || Lychee
Daichi arrived at the yoga studio at his appointed time. Truth be told, he’d been feeling a little under the weather lately on top of classes starting up and preparing for competition, and he was really hoping that some yoga would help him feel better again. He was still partially lying to himself a little and attributing the cold symptoms to having been traveling just last week–he really just needed to get rid of the remaining jetlag and all would be well, or so he wanted to believe. “Hi Liam! I’m here, thank you for having me,” Daichi greeted, ever polite as he entered the studio with his own yoga mat this time slung over his shoulder in its rolled up form. Last time he’d taken the beginner group class as a sample but this time was his first one-on-one and he was prepared to feel challenged beyond the basic yoga poses, but more importantly–he hoped whatever they did helped, as Liam had promised. “Do I set up anywhere?” he asked as he rolled out his yoga mat on the floor in the center of the studio room. “Don’t go too hard on me,” he joked lightheartedly with a friendly smile on his face as he sat down. He’d been remembering to do breathing exercises so he was considerably relaxed save for the unfortunate cold symptoms, but balancing university and a competitive sport was never easy. || @liam-morrison
