he feels bad... not being able to remember her completely was wracking him with guilt. ( vague familiarity afflicted him often. ) nonetheless he’s glad she’s alive, resurrected by the goddess' will. he doesn’t say anything at first ( he hardly ever does ) but she must already know this. ❛ how... are you? ❜

“ the other champions? ” for the most part, they were warmer, livelier, less stiff than the other knight recruits ( whom he had a tough time fitting in with ) who he spent years with, yet couldn’t recall many worthy-names. they only know of his name now because of his father’s status and of course, the sword of time. these were his comrades now, his team ,and he’d do whatever he can within his power to assist them. “ well …. i’ve known you the longest, mipha. so not only are you my comrade, you’re my friend. ” lips fold into a casual smile, then he continues, in case she wanted a more specific opinion. “ daruk …. he’s loud, little too rough, but carries a heart of gold. urbosa is nice as well, strong and fearless, i should really talk with her more and — ” his smile fades, biting onto his lip anxiously before he sighs, frowning as he speaks:
“ revali — well, i’ll work with him for the greater good of hyrule, and princess zelda. but .. that’s as far as i think i’ll ever go with my opinion of him. ” the champion’s blunt with said words, not fully considering him a friend ( it’s hard to get close to arctic cold after all. ) “ he has useful skill, but with an ego like that? it makes me want to admit so less — it’ll be his downfall one of these days. ”
