𝘀𝘂𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗿 —— it was the pinnacle of seasons to make memories. whether it was at the beach , at a water park , or simply watching fireworks after a festival , the memories one made during summer always seemed to be unforgettable. it was no wonder people looked forward to it despite the brutal heat that came with it.
not that the heat bothered him considering he had synthesized earrings blessed by the summon spirit of ice shiva to protect him & he could just channel ice magic subtly enough to keep cool much like he was doing now as he & rai watched the night sky light up with fireworks.
❝ they're really pretty , aren't they ? ooh , next year let's go to a different festival ! i know a lot of different places we can go to. ❞ as much as he wanted to sweep rai off their feet & take them to another world , he figured it would be best until the kid brought up traveling with him on their own. after all , it was their decision to make , not his.
as the pretty spectacle continued , he hugged rai from behind & gave them a gentle squeeze. ❝ you want any more snacks or drinks ? i can go get us some. also , how about we take a walk along the shore once the show's over ? unless you want to do something else , then i'm all ears. you name it , we'll do it. uh , as long as it's nothing too crazy that is. ❞
