I think Levi would be smart enough to figure Luke out. But he just wouldn't really care.
Eh, I think he’d be too busy with his own thing to care about his siblings’ secrets. Yes, it’d be easy for Levi to figure out what Luke is hiding, but he doesn’t bother to waste his time and intelligence on finding out his siblings’ secrets. So he’d be as oblivious as the other siblings. (except Linka and Loki, of course).

Levi and Leon’s relationship
Levi and Leon have a good friendship, being the two youngest siblings.
Levi and Leon are roommates. Leon will often grab Levi’s smaller gadgets and Levi has to take them from him so he doesn’t get hurt or break the gadgets.
Levi will often use him as a test subject for his inventions that he wants to. Even if they look very dangerous. Leon has been found laying on a dresser with a big metal helmet connected to a level strapped to his head, but smiling. The other siblings are highly against this in fear that the gadgets could get Leon really hurt.
A gadget or two have hurt Leon before and made him cry. Levi may be “evil,” but he will feel really bad if he hurts his baby brother and will heal and apologize to him.
Levi does his part to take care of Leon and tend to his every need, like their other siblings. And of course, he’s protective of him. He hates it if his naps are interrupted by their idiot siblings.
Leon loves when Levi tries to say his intelligent nonsensical words. He finds them funny.
And Levi likes being with Leon, since Leon doesn’t talk back to him for make him feel out of place for his intelligence.
Overall: Levi and Leon have a good, simple brother relationship. Leon loves Levi and has fun with him. And Levi cares for his youngest sibling deeply and does his best to take care of him.
