My cadence is pretty good - it's the power drive I lack. But after so many years on and off catabolic prednisolone, that is to be expected - fast twitch die first! My 'thumbs-up' in the photo is a bit awkward though (sorry Vanessa π). I had a whey protein-boosted coffee chill ready when I got home.
