LettuceK.... Lettuce starts off as a worker in Lopezz' ice cream shop, in reference to snow civ.

The major change comes with Law.

Lettuce did not form the Law, he did not lead the Law and he did not run for king (or president, in this case)

Lettuce would lead a small faction in Law, and he slowly grew it over time. The faction was focused on upkeeping the peace in the city, however that quickly became an unrealistic goal unless Lettuce did whatever he could to reach it. This is when be started using violence to bot grow his faction and serve justice. Letty's faction quickly grew corrupt, just like the majority of Law was. He then started targeting some of the racers for various reasons, like for example he's tried to frame Flame for numerous safety violations (although it never worked).
