Sherlolly isn't real. That kiss wasn't real. Why are you doing this to yourself?
Well, I still like to believe that Sherlolly will become real. Of course, I know that the kiss wasnât real (still one of the best kiss Iâve seen in tv history) but there were a couple of other hints. Unnecessary hints if they didnât want to make Sherlolly happen:
1. Sherlock thanked her, so she must have had a huge impact on faking his death.
2. Sherlock wanted her to be his new John, but still to be herself (by the way I read an interesting artice on Sherlock calling her John is indeed a very big compliment)
3. Sherlock kissed her on the cheek voluntarily, there was no need to do that.
4. He said, she looked well after he was searching for the right words and he became kind of nervous telling her how âwellâ she was looking.
5. He remembered Tomâs name, he doesnât even remember Lestrades first name.
6. When the train boy talked about his girlfriend, Sherlock looked at Molly.
7. While she was deducing he looked at her and was indeed very pleased.
8. John said on his blog that Sherlock told him how amazing the day with Molly was.
9. Molly was the only one who saw him leaving. Even if he didnât see it. Sheâs the one who counts and who realizes âyou look sad when you think he canât see youâ. Now he looks sad because heâs lonely and he came back but everyoneâs moved on. Now he looks sad when he thinks she canât see him. But she can.
10. The camera in Tso3 focused on Molly when the lyrics âwhat a girl, oh what a nightâ were playing.
11. The concept creating a random character, Molly, that has never appeared in ACDâs Sherlock and then arranging a boyfriend and getting her engaged seems like a very modest decision as for Moffat and Gatiss. I think thereâs more to come.
12. Louise Brealey confirmed that Molly wouldâve gone after him if she couldâve.
13. bakerstreetbabes told us that Molly is very important after they watched His last Vow yesterday.
14. Inventing Tom made clear that sheâs still not over Sherlock Holmes. Stabbing Tom with a fork made her priorities clear.
15. We all expected that âthe one person he thought didnât matter at all to me was the one person who mattered the most.â was referring to John. We were wrong. And he didnât say âwho mattered for faking my deathâ, no he said âTO MEâ.
Of course, you can search for the same hints when you think about Johnlock. Since John got married, I think it is unlikely that Johnlock will happen in 3x03 (if it happens, Iâm absolutely happy, too) but I like the concept of Sherlock loving someone in his odd way and somehow it feels like this is Molly and itâs the reason why Molly Hooper was created.
And if Sherlolly wonât happen, Iâm sad but itâs gonna be fine because I know thereâs a bunch of people who writes gorgeous fanfics about Sherlolly.
And after this season thereâs also enough film material to make beautiful Sherlolly videos.
So thatâs okay.
