I was going through some old mags and other things and came across these issues of the great Kicks zine that I've owned for 30 plus years. I bought Kicks #3 at the late, lamented Village Music in Mill Valley. After flipping my wig over that issue I tracked down issue #2. This creation of Miriam Linna and the late, great Billy Miller pretty much changed my life and those of several of my friends. It was a cultural lifeline in the conformist 80's.
