Reading those amazingly long text messages from when you and your ex were together is probably the worst thing you can do before you go to sleep. He was convincing as hell. “I’ll do whatever it takes to keep us together” and “ What we have is once in a life time and I know its what we both want so it won’t end for a very long time”. How can someone say that and then just let it all go? Well I won’t be getting a good nights sleep tonight. That’s for sure.
