FIRSTLY this white ass European motherfucker tryna come in here and be all "hey Louis why don't you live as your authentic self, it's so dumb that you hide who you are and how smart you are etc etc" like BITCH. BIIIIIIIITCH. You have no right, you have no perspective, you cannot possibly have any empathy man go fuck yourself! Is it super fucked that hella capable, hella talented Louis is watering himself down and hiding and being disrespected? Yes. 100%. But do we fault him for making those choices? Noooo. And do we tell him how to live? Noooo we fuckin don't, Lestat. No we fuckin don't. White savior bullshit. "Oh he SEES him, he's EMPOWERING him." No. No, he's disregarding lived experience. Empowering is "hey man I see you and I'm sorry you're going through this and I want to support you." It's not, "hey ya know what you should do?" Wooooof.

Secondly, as I was saying before, he think he gonna come in and be all "I love you" and then magically Louis will love him back in the same way? What?!? That's not how love works bitch! Also, Louis was tryna love him at the jump but Lestat kept pushing him to be someone he wasn't -- which ain't love btw -- and guess what? Louis got sick of that shit. Lestat wanted a lover, he didn't want to love Louis. He wanted to be loved as he was, but he didn't want to do the same for Louis.
