Continuous:

Actions happening now, actions that were happening at some moment in the past or actions that will be in course at a moment in the future.

रहा + है = Present Continuous

रहा + था = Past Continuous

रहा + होगा = Future Continuous

Perfect:

Actions completed or certain to be completed.

चुका + है = Present Perfect

चुका + था = Past Perfect

चुका + होगा = Future Perfect

Simple:

Habits, things that are fixed or certain to happen.

-ता + है = Simple Present

-ता + था = Simple Past
