Gluten-free, sugar- free and egg free blueberries cheese tart. Tart Crust ingredients: 1 purple sweet potato, Oats Hot water procedure: just mix all the ingredients with the #agakagak feeling. Pour the mixture into a paper cup. I used air fryer to bake the tart crust at 180 degree for 10 minutes cheese cream filling: Mix 100g cream cheese, some lime juice and blueberries jam. The sweetness is determined by kids. I don’t buy lemon because we have home grown lime. Pour the cream filing into the tart and bake for 160 degree for 5 minutes. I didn’t used any egg so no need to bake too long. total cost of this “agak- agak” cheese tart is around rm12. I only bought the cream cheese and paper cup.
