Even though I've just started to get a feel of what X-Men 2000 is like, knowing Scott and Logan's rivalry, Scott would probably deliberately provoke Logan into attacking so he could get the upper hand by tickling a sweet spot.
I'm sure he would, and the whole Jean situation is always a good excuse for it. 😬

Scott trusts Jean and doesn't take Logan's advances towards her too seriously. What gets to him though is the fact that in Logan's mind he thinks that he is actually getting somewhere with Jean despite her rejections. It's all the arrogant smirks and comments that he gives Scott that get on his nerves, even though he knows the man is just being plain delusional.
Scott usually doesn't engage and merely just ignores him but knocking him off of his high horse would definitely be a treat. He is very disciplined and knows it would be frowned upon for him to get into a violent physical altercation with his teammate, despite how much he is provoked, so he has to consider other options.
When he stumbles upon Logan being tickled to pieces by other team members, he is at first pretty stunned that a man like him could have such a crippling weakness. After the shock wears off, he keeps out of sight and just watches, making mental notes of the areas that Logan has the biggest reactions to. The ones that make him squeal and helplessly plead for mercy.
So the next time he's having to endure Logan's gloating he pushes back and gets the other man to attack first, but Scott has been planning this for a long time. After a brief scuffle he manages to wrestle Logan to the floor and immediately launches wriggling fingers right up into his armpits. Logan had not been expecting that whatsoever and nearly hit the roof from the surprise attack before crumbling into frantic laughter while he cusses Scott out.
"The fuhuhuck ahahare you doohooin'?!? Aaahahahhaha! Goddamn bohohoyscout! F-Fihihihight meheeheehee lihihike a mahahahaaan!!"
Scott is beyond pleased to see how effective it really is and doubles down on his efforts as Logan feebly swats at his arms and pitifully tries to squirm out from under him. He knows that Logan will likely be too stubborn to beg him of all people for mercy so he's just going to have his fun with it while he can.
"I can't make you stay away from Jean. So just consider this as the price you're going to have to pay for it all."
He then goes right for the kill and targets Logan's stomach, making him screech and putting an end to his rantings as he can no longer get a word in with how hard he's laughing. Logan hopes to God that no one shows up to witness this, but news travels fast in the mansion and really, he's the one who's making all the noise to draw the attention. 🤭
