In The Name Of Revenge

“Cesar, come on! Is this really necessary?” Mark asked in a nervous tone, backing away from his shorter friend.

“You’re damn right it is! You tickled me, therefore, I have every right to tickle you back!” He said mischievously, wiggling his fingers tauntingly.

“I was just cheering you up! Besides, you like it!” Mark retorted, causing a light blush to spread across Cesar’s cheeks, the shorter’s confidence faltering briefly before pouncing on his friend and digging his fingers into his sides, prompting loud laughter.

“That’s not the point!” Cesar pouted, “The point is that I have a right to exact revenge!”

Cesar continued his attack, going straight for the worst spot, scribbling and scratching at Mark’s ribs.

Mark shrieked and bucked, trying to grab at his friend’s hands to no avail.

“CEHESAR YOU LITTLE SHIHIHIT! THIHIHIS IS SO UNFAHAHAIR!”

Cesar laughed with his best friend, having just as much fun as Mark.

“Alls fair in the name of revenge, my friend.”

I bet he'd either be tickling someone and purposely let them escape or beforehand give them a chance to run and hide to make it more fun like hide and seek with a deadly punishment

He'd walk around teasing the person by calling out to them like

"Come out come out wherever you aree~"

OR

"Oh (insert name here)~ you can only hide so long before I find you~"

in a sort of like hshdksvsn I can't explain it voice

Any good opertunity to tickle someone he would jump onto

Like mark getting his arms stuck above his head after trying to take off his hoodie

He can dish out teasy phrases and lines but he can't take it himself

Teasing cesar would just make his brain stop/pos

His underarms and sides seem very ticklish to me (hence why he wears the suits so often to shield himself

Mark has defonately wrecked poor cesar once or twice

Even getting into tickle fights with Mark and losing horrendously X)

If he's ever in a lee mood he will be the most annoying person to mark just to get it because he'd be too scared to ask
