Brownies.
Everyone loves them and they're so remarkably easy. The smell of them makes me so happy. It relaxes me and it's familiar. I could nearly make them without a recipe. My favourite ones are my proudest cooking accomplishment, the only time I've been able to successfully alter a recipe (or perform kitchen chemistry, for those who know the term :P).
I love the brownies they used to have at Cici's pizza buffet. The thin ones that were an overload of chocolate, absolutely gooey, and sprinkled with powdered sugar. They cooked them thin so they'd go a long ways but my brothers and I could eat a half a batch in one sitting no problem.
My brownies are those brownies.
EDIT: Alternatively, I love to successfully make peoples' favourite foods. Just the way they light up when they see it, their reactions eating it...it's one of my greatest joys. It really is.

"John!" The word came out as a whine, called across the flat from Sherlock's room, desperate and very clearly stuffed up. Sick enough, Sherlock didn't care to check the time, although if he had done he wouldn't have been any quieter. It was early, only eight am, and a Saturday. He hadn't slept, and he needed tea and toast, and this headache was not conducive to going anywhere he didn't absolutely need to.

I didn't edit this as much as I probably should have, but it was silly and playing around so I'm not taking it particularly seriously. Also the mic was at a really bad angle for this, there's a lot of pop. Sorry about that. :/

Recorded through Moriarty's lines in the scene you meet him, from BBC Sherlock. Leo was interested in hearing me do this. :) I'm a little more than a little upset about it to be honest, as the character uses a really large vocal range and it was difficult to keep the right placement to disguise my voice.
I hope it's likeable anyway.
