“Huh? I’m sorry but what?” Cue him freaking out over a simple question like this. Why did the goddess want him to suffer because of his lack of social interactions? Just why. Either answer would have him landing in hot water.

Dimitri has known Ingrid for the majority of his life while Odette was someone he had just met in the academy. It would make sense to choose Ingrid, since it would be a little less awkward but still, playing with feelings wasn’t in his nature and it would be bad for both parties involved. However, Ingrid wasn’t quick to anger than most people he knew so maybe it would work out okay. Dimitri wasn’t too sure.

Choosing Odette would be a worse choice because frankly, they didn’t even get along normally and probably the end result would had been disastrous. He needs his feet to lead the Kingdom in the future at all. But if Dimitri didn’t choose her, he’d still have pain in his foot. Maybe wear steel boots while in a few yards of her? She would probably buy a heel that pierces any type of material, knowing Odette and the personality she takes while being near him.
