Dear future me,

I’m getting closer and closer to you everyday, I feel myself growing physically and mentally, but I’m just so scared of what you have prepared for me. The responsibilities I have to face, the downfalls I will have, if they will outweight my uptimes. I’m just so scared I’m gonna have to do it all alone, if I’ll lose everything I’ve worked so hard until now. 

But I’m so excited, for the new start, for the opportunities it will grant me, the new life I will build for myself, I will not ruin this for myself. I will stand strong, I will love myself, I will fight, I will fall, but I will stand and I refuse to give myself away. I will not give in, I will fight, to become the best you, you can ever be. I won’t let others pull me down. I will be myself. I will not take any bullshit. I will not live for others, I will live for myself, and I will never have to adjust myself for somebody else e v e r   a g a i n. They will take it or leave it, but I will not ever let anyone try to change me.

Dear best friend,

I’ve been neglecting you a bit lately, I’m sorry for that. I will come by sometime soon so we can talk, you told me you had some problems with your boyfriend and you wanted me to come over  to talk. I hope everything is okay, I hope it’s nothing too bad and if it is bad, I hope I can protect you from a downfall. 

I love you so so much and I know you’re gonna miss me and the rest of the year, but we won’t leave forever. Hell I am really fricking close. Don’t worry, once you graduate and you leave the school you know why we feel like this and why we feel like it’s nothing. I’m sorry if you feel like I’m leaving you behind, I’m not, I will forever be your best friend. The same way you’ve always stuck through with my bullshit eventhough others didn’t. Because I honestly feel like I don’t deserve you, I’ve been such a shitty friend for the past two years, but you’ve always stayed by my side. You pulled me up when others left me to drown and I will always try to do the same for you. If it wasn’t for you I would’ve done very very bad things to myself. I want to thank you for that.
