Ninjago AU - Experimental Elementals
The facility gives subjects between 1-7 years old allotted time for recreational activities. This allows trust to form between subjects and staff and aids in healthy development to explore creativity. Of course once over the age of 7, secondary needs like this are removed, besides education, but only education is needed for a few subjects that show intelligence beyond the others. Basic education is required for all subjects. But some like heatwave failed to perform at an adequate level of primary level education and therefore the need was removed completely from its schedule. Subjects have no reason to continue purposeless activities after the age of 7, that time is instead filled in by tests, training and furthering their elemental abilities.
Subject Earthquake has formed a strong bond with subject Energy. This is problematic due to Earthquakes protective nature that has been displayed with the others. It is difficult to extract Energy from Earthquakes care and take it for tests since this development. Restraining Earthquake and forcefully removing Energy from it would potentially ruin the carefully curated trust Earthquake has with the staff. Earthquake has shown it is capable of aggressive defiance and we do not need anymore difficulty from it.
Subject Blizzard has formed strong bonds with the others but appears to be the closest with Earthquake. Blizzard however is compliant towards staff and only asks that he always be powered on during tests. This request was granted only due to Blizzard showing acceptable respect towards staff. Blizzard has taken a carer role towards other subjects. Being an advanced android, Blizzard is often used as a tool for identifying subjects vitals and and monitoring subjects emotions. Blizzard has been implanted with a camera to allow staff to see what it sees. Blizzard is unaware of being used in this manner and it will stay that way. Trust with subjects is not a primary objective, but does allow easier communication and understanding between subjects and staff. This ends up being a helpful advantage.
