I didn’t think I’d ever get tired of chicken soup but… we had so much of it during my days and then Ed’s days with Covid that I didn’t want anymore! Still, soup is best when you’re sick. It’s nourishing and hydrating. So I made mushroom barley soup. Didn’t have chuck beef so I used leftover frozen brisket. Didn’t have fresh dill so I used 2 teaspoons dried. Otherwise the recipe is the same as the one linked in the profile and on my website. Stay healthy everyone!
