Posting art on tumblr is almost always more fulfilling than posting anywhere else. Even if it gets fewer notes, I much prefer seeing people talk in the tags than the silent likes on other sites
I struggle with posting comics because it takes a lot of time to get them ‘perfect’ and I don’t often have that time but then I have to remind myself that some of the most popular comics I’ve posted have been doodled on post-its, reused assets in every panel, or been done in three minutes.
I don’t think anyone will ever need it as perfect as I do

Aaa ye! I’ve been doin it full time since 2017! I started primarily by working on scale models & renderings to share with directors & the rest of the team, but moved into digital drafting of the designs, shop supervision during construction, and assisting load-in/tech rehearsals!
Recently I started learning digital 3D drafting/model building. It’s very much a “jack-of-all-trades” and puzzle solving sort of job which I love about it—doing everything from coming up with the look of the show down to like, figuring out how it will all pack into trucks (if it’s a tour).
I’ve been really fortunate to work with a great dude and been able to work on broadway, off-broadway, and touring productions, as well as like weird little projects like museum exhibits and stuff and it’s v fun to see what comes up next!
