i actually really love the hc that deku smokes cigarettes after the postcanon timeskip i think it's very humanizing and makes sense for his character after having such a specific and intense young adulthood to want the routine and relief and mild/socially acceptable chemical reward of nicotine. it's a sensical consequence of his warped sense of self-preservation aaaand a clear departure from his childhood naiveté and understanding of heroism. also i like sweetiepie cigarette smoker headcanons in general .. smiles

alsob i think toshinori is gay (see: dave, nighteye). he has an insane but fully self-contained am i bisexual crisis after spending time with inko but later he realizes he wanted to be izukus dad so much that he hallucinated heterosexual attraction

i do think toshizawa has one-sided pining potential i think yagi gets crushes a lot mostly bc he's repressed and fantasizing about a normal relationship is wild escapism for him. if i was a deified and nearly universally adored pubic figure i would be fascinated by the slightly younger attractive competent man in the same profession as me who actively dgaf about me. fascinated ok. so i think yagi probably has a crush on aizawa for a while. but never does anything about it bc he thinks of himself as an impossibility outside of his job and also he never does anything important interpersonally #emotionallyimmatureparent
