As Lee stumbled upon the haunted Stuart manor,she could not help but to feel the creeps,perhaps that is why no one refused to tear down the manor,it was draped with the vines,and rumors spoke that the ghosts of the Stuarts possessed the manor. Lee puffed her cheeks slightly,it was nothing but paranoid,God-abiding souls,as she clicked on that torchlight and slowly examined the surroundings,dust crept to them,like those old museum exhibits which Laurelie and hers,she hated that idea of the past to be preserved, but the story of the missing twins sounds intriguing. She slowly explored through the nooks and crannies,what a charmed life,they must live by,sipping cold teas-to be corseted and charming to potential suitors,perhaps that mossy pond was perhaps sparkling,looking like the running river Styx.

Let’s pray for Lee’s soul,she need the Lord’s intervention. Lauelie is a blessing,laurelie is such a sweetheart,she should be the example for her wayward sister. How wonderful she studied so well in college the Lord indeed shine on that beautiful soul. Look how she is kind to the children. These words grit Lee so much,for her family members and the church painted her as the good woman,swerving the ownership of the Lord. Somehow she loved looking at the murky rivers,she could wish for the alligators to consume the goodyness of her parents.

Laurelie may be a saint dressed in her vriginal dress,but she is that Jezebel which she despiese-painting her eyelids to show off to the dead,a facade for her parents,to be honest,she cannot bluff Lee.

“Holy shit-” Miranda muttered quickly,she knows that Bertha is often worried insecure but little she knows that it was to a point three Am in the morning,but Bertha’s voice seem to be in the panic,as she could hear the buzz of the bus “I need to come now,I am f**ked I am f**ked-”,Miranda have to place her rationality “what happened ? did you just caught by the p[olice or what-”,her hands twitched furiously as she could hear Bertha slurring her words “what what you are breaking up Bertha you are breaking up-”,there she quickly texted “Where?”

All of Bertha’s replies quick and in a hurry “i am gonna get killed-”,that ambiguity did not ease Miranda’s mind.However through Bertha’s cryptic texts knew of, the venue quickly she grabbed her bicycle, and rode to the library,the phone ring again,it was Bertha,quickly she aligned atthe stop “hello,Bertha I am coinmg” there she noticed a pale Bertha,her eyes almost teary and tucking in her scarf back and forth “are you alright-”

Lee could hear the hymn “Victory in Jesus” playing loudly by the old Mr Jefferson,as she hummed quietly,sneaking to the pews where Lauraelie was in tears singing the hymn. “I want to tell you something-“ as she gazed at her father waving his arms in awe of the God. Laureate looked at Lee’s nervous expression “Don’t you know that you cannot speak in church-“ Lee whispered loudly “there is something not good and I do not want daddy to know-“ Lauraelie have an exasperated sigh “Alright” 

There both went to the field,Lauraelie knew a secret hideout away from the parents,Lee mumbled slightly “You know that I could be pregnant?"“Wait? what?” Lauraelie tried to recite the verse to repel the anger,for she has many swirling thoughts on her sister recently being rebellious “Whose is the boy who did that to you"Lauraelie,for she never swore in her entire life,fearing the slaps from her father and mother  “You slut,you Jezebel! The heat overcame Mary and Frances as servants fan the girls in their bloomers and corsets,on the sweltering days.
