HOLY I JUST FINISHED SEASON TWO OF HAZBIN HOTEL SO OBVIOUSLY SPOILERS FOR THE LAST EPISODES BUT BOY DO I HAVE THINGS TO GET OFF MY CHEST. Warning in advance this is very disjointed and just a whole bunch of random thoughts in no particular order.
First- in epsiode 7- TWORD MENTION!! LEE!LUCI!! When he said ‘hey that tickles- wait that’s a bad thing!’ I don’t know if it’s because he was trying to convince himself he didn’t like it (which would mean he does CANONICALLY) or because he knew it meant something bad, but either way it’s implied he likes it.
Second- yes I’m still refusing to Accept Alastor and Rosie not being friends. They clearly make a new deal at the end, so maybe they rekindled their friendship.
Angel leaving the hotel wasn’t a surprise, I mean I even saw a theory saying that, but I’m sure he’ll come back eventually.
The betrayal against Vox by the other Vee’s was unexpected but deserved. Niffty fucking Vel up was GOOOOLDEN. Same with Husk and Cherri rocking Val’s shit. And then them helping at the end? Beautiful. Even though they’re still pieces of shit. (Is Vox dead? I don’t know if he’s dead or just abandoned.)
You would not BELIEVE the anxiety I had during the entirety of episode 8. It felt like I was actually living it. And the whole time i was like ‘this better end well this better end well this better end well-‘ AND IT DID!!
The fight between Al and Vox? Al and Shock.wav? Lovely.
And best of all- THE POWER OF FRIENDSHIP WON!! MY MLP LOVING HEART IS SO HAPPY!!! NOW THEY JUST NEED TO GET THE POWER OF FRIENDSHIP TO WORK ON ANGEL!!!
