On a scale from 1-10, Bell would roughly be a 9.5 when it comes to ticklishness. Very ticklish in a lot of places too. Neck, underarms, feet, calves, upper body,... Just about anywhere, in all honesty. They're a little squirmy, though. Restrain them with a tie or something, though, and you'll have free reign over their body. There will barely be a time they'll say no to being restrained anyway. Hold their arms over their head while sittin on their legs and literally nothing at all will happen anymore from their side. Dig in wherever you want. I don't think they'll even try to hide their giggles, they want to give you a reason to keep on tickling them. You enjoy their laughter? Hell yeah, surely you'll want to hear it like this too, right? Bell is just a sweetheart and you'll never hear a "no" or "stop" from them either unless you're tickling them so hard they're about to piss themself. But that's not what we're assuming in these scenarios. If you gently tickle their back then they absolutely would purr. Bell is the kind of person to absolutely lean into your touch when you're gently tickling them. They get a little more sensual as well and would love to snuggle into you when you tickle them.

Teasing them is interesting because pretty much all of it works. In different ways. Tease them about being so ticklish and their first thought is "Yes, I am so ticklish! I love it! Please continue tickling me!" If you want to get their inner dog out, then you can say "Who's a ticklish little baby?" and they'll always, in the most enthusiastic way, respond with "Me!!" It's kind of endearing, actually. They do feel all warm whenever you compliment them about how cute they are, how nice their laughter is, how responsive they are to your touch,... In short, they love being teased. Especially the gentle and cute teases. They don't get flustered that easily, but they'll appreciate it nevertheless.

Bell is, like, 98% lee, so the chances of them getting back at you are miniscule. If the chances of them being tickled are increased when tickling you first, then they will tickle you, but for the most part they'll just be a little annoying with the cutest puppy eyes you'll have ever seen. If they don't get what they want they'll pout and continue annoying you a little more. If you want peace and quiet, you'll just have to tickle them a little bit and they'll be all soft and pliant again before long. Adler knows this, but he doesn't utilize this against them. Woods does, though.
