What's next?
I have been working since 2000..from a small magazine/talent agency then moved to the bpo industry.. 15 years in the bpo industry! I've survived account closures, difficult agents and difficult bosses. I know I'm tenacious and I can survive any situation.
But why do I this burn out feeling and demotivation with what im doing?

Inisip kong umalis at maghanap ng ibang kumpanya pero ano call center ulit? Same shit different place different kind of hell and office politics? Masasagot ko ba ng maayos ang mga tanong sa initial interview, assessment na may kasamang IQ at Math? Makapasa kaya ako for the final interview? Kung sakali mang umabot ako sa final interview, masasagot ko ba ang tanong ng boss ng ops o ng ceo? Paano pag tinanong ako kung ano ibig sabihin ng ganto? O paano kinukuha ang resulta ng voc nmen o pano ang computation ng mga sla nmen o pno ko pinapatakbo ang proseso ko o pno kinokompyut ang sweldo ng agent o pano ako humawak ng tao?
Ang daming tanong na nakakatakot pra sa akin naa hindi ko masabi kahet kanino dhel ayaw kong magmukhanh tanga. Ayaw kong magmukhang mahina. Ayaw kong masabi ng iba na ang tagal ko na sa industriyang to pero wla akong alam! So baket at paano ako napromote? Ano dasal lang sabi ni alma moreno? O chamba? O ano? Ano?
Baket ang nanay ko mula paggraduate ng college hanggang magretire sa iisang kumpanya lng sha at kinaya nya un! Bket ako hindi ko kinakaya ngayon?
Pag nagresign ako at nagstay at home nlng, pano na? Kaya ba ng asawa ko sagutin lahat ng gastos? Paano na?? Pero ayoko na!
So anong pwede kong gawin? San ba ako magaling?
Magaling ako magluto. Marunong ako magsulat. Marunong ako ng konting admin works (sa pagkakaaalam ko).. sapat na ba yon para mabuhay ang pamilya ko? Tigilan ko n ba tong kaartehan ko at magtrabaho hanggang tumanda? O hanggang sabihin ng boss ko na please stay at home we dont nees your services anymore?
Ang dami kong tanong..hindi ko alam ang sagot..hindi ko alam ang ggawin..itutulog ko nlng ba ito o itutuloy ko nlng ang laban ko?
Kung ako ikaw, anong gagawin mo?
