Time and Tide wait for none-
This proverb conveys the values of time. Undoubtedly there is nothing more precious than time. "TIME AND TIDE WAIT FOR NONE" here it brings out the meaning that the tides that emerge in the sea do stop or wait for anybody else.
In England, one of the king’s courtiers always kept on flattering the king. He said if the king orders everything in the world will stop. The king wanted to check it out and then he went to the seashore and ordered the waves to stop, but nothing else happened. The king turned back to the courtier and said that time and tide wait for none. We (Human Beings) are mortal. We need to understand the importance of every single second, minute and time. We must keep on doing our work with the pace of time.If we remain idle we waste our time and postpone our work then can't lead ahead in life. The importance of a minute must learned by every single individual. Those who remain idle or do not perform their duties in time are not only the destroyers of their own lives but also of his career. Those who waste their youth by indulging in unwanted activities fail to have a blissful and contented life sooner or later. Therefore don't sit idle, otherwise nobody will regard you as an ideal and then you will become as an idol.
