Knife on the left left used to have serrations but I suddenly decided I didn't want them. Lots of hand grinding and slight reprofiling on a 300 grit silicone carbide stone has given rise to that neat little edge. Learning hand sharpening and muscle memory to get that angle down consistently. Such a rewarding hobby this.
