Smiling big because I am seeing #leanness back in my #arms that hasn’t been there for a bit! I got pretty excited doing #chest and #triceps today. I had quite the pump! Pushdowns and cable kickbacks had me smiling at the mirror pretty big! There isn’t anything like seeing your hard work pay off! I also felt #pretty in my #makeup today... I did a #sizzling #summer #bronze #glow today... I filmed it - The last two photos are a bit bright from my studio lights - so I don’t feel like you can see how #sunkissed my face is - but I didn’t want to filter anything on this post.
