He’s long and probably hyper mobile so other kids are always freaked out by him (esp when he moves)

-> spends half his time in braces and Tensor wraps

He also really likes clothes with multiple colours/patterns/fabrics/etc and will often stitch patches onto his clothes for more.

He hates haircuts so he’ll take advantage of his parents’ bad memory to avoid them along with secretly trimming it so they don’t realize.

I DO think that Chip has this thing about him we're everytime he has a crush on someone he like pictures them as a damsel in distress where he has to be the cool guy that swoops in and solves all their problems but like LOOK AT HIM😭😭 Chip definitely fudges up trying to be cool in front of anyone ESPECIALLY HIS CRUSHES but it's okay because Leaf loves the effort, he already thinks Chip is cool but he likes seeing Chip trying to prove it

Leaf LOVES giving handmade gifts to his friends , he gave Chip a little hand made badge when Chip was feeling down and beating himself up for struggling on getting a badge , and now Chip wears that badge with PRIDEE

Leaf often undermines himself due to the constant "dumb kid" remarks from his family , and Chip likes to impress people with his knowledge💔💔. So Chip tried to impress leaf by talking about all the stuff he learned in scouts about the forest this causing Leaf to Ramble on about the forest at is one of his favorite spots to be at , even talking about stuff Chip had no idea about. At the end of his rambling he turns to see Chip with wide eyes with the amount of knowledge he holds in that brain of his (although sad he didn't get to impress Leaf the way he wanted) he praises Leaf on his knowledge , Leaf tries to undermine himself again playing down his knowledge but Chip will not let that stand and starts asking Leaf questions about the forest hours on end making Leaf realize he is infact SMART!!!!

Chip tries to teach Leaf Tagalong and leaf. Can not lock the fuck in. HE WANTS to learn tagalong for Chip but he simply can't do it, he struggles and gets frustrated with himself , Chip who just wanted to share apart of himself with Leaf tells him that it's okay that he can't understand he's just happy that leaf's trying, that he's trying to understand and learn about Chip. Leaf does get the hand of some basic tagalong later on being proud of himself that he learned if for Chip

Chip is a brat WELL not really he's just really petty and competitive, So anytime he loses something he gets really frustrated and upset at himself for LOSING (THAT EASY ASS WORD CHIP LOCK IN💔💔💔 ) So he often self-disciplines himself after losing not intentionally but it's just the way he is , it's the way he feels will help him grow and motivated.

Chip likes to wear his boy scout uniform even when he doesn't have to, it gives him a sense of style and self recognition, along with a sense of routine and overall helps him feel comfortable. If Chip dose have to wear something else he probably spends a couple hours trying to decide what to wear or just throws something on (depending on the occasion)

Chip has no rizz okay we all know this now and leaf has accidentally rizz cuz he's just that tuff

Chip is a dog person and Leaf is an animal person (tho he dose prefer cats)
