Once upon a time, the four-minute mile seemed elusive. It was first achieved in 1954 by Roger Bannister in 3:59.4. He’d been paced by his friends Chris Brasher and Chris Chataway. Any runner knows it’s much easier to achieve a time you need when you have a pacer. The "four-minute barrier" has since been broken by over 1,400 male athletes. So my motivational tip for you this morning is this, anything is possible when you set your mind and put in the work to achieve it! No matter if it has been done before or not.
