I can’t understand how most of the men in my family are completely useless like I know that’s rude to say but they genuinely are just lazy, they don’t wanna help carry heavy stuff nor even know how to make themselves useful without instructions from a woman, not all of the men but enough to notice this. Or maybe I’m just saying this since my mother said it once and it just stuck with me. I can’t imagine how they became this way but I wouldn’t change how it is their laziness made the women more capable per say, like we r the bosses and I love this dynamic! I just wonder how it is in other house holds with their family dynamics.

Let’s get real: stress is not a weakness it's biology. The brain isn’t designed for constant stimulation. Our nervous system needs pauses, not pressure.

Breath in for 4… hold for 2… exhale for 6.

Your body just shifted into calm mode. That's science, not therapy reels.

Real healing isn't aesthetic it's messy.

It looks like saying “no”, resting without guilt, unlearning toxic self-pressure, giving your brain breaks, eating meals on time, crying without shame, taking walks, journaling messy thoughts, laughing loudly, and understanding you don't need to “fix yourself” you need to support yourself.

You’re not lazy.

You’re trying in a noisy world.
