TANGENT INCOMING!!
So I've got a *thing* about unbalanced things in food. It started with a big skittles packet...
I was almost finished when I noticed that I had four red ones but NO OTHER COLORS! This was uncomfortable to me. Why were there no others colors? So many reds and nothing to balance it!! *How distasteful,* I thought, *I must prevent this from happening in the future.*
So from then on, I have taken the skittles out, and color coordinated them. If there was more of one color I would even it out in cycles. Red, red, yellow, green, purple, red, red. This was the method as to end the packet with a perfect cycle of one of each color. Perfect.
But it's not just skittles, oh no, anything with a dressing is subjected to this treatment as well. Ketchup needs to be thinly and carefully applied so that it covers from edge to edge. Butter on toast especially. Ice cream needs to be dipped in sprinkles so that each bite has an even amount. (Yes I just called sprinkles a dressing.) The list goes on!
Mind you- most of the time I can eat things normally
but there are *absolutely* no exceptions for skittles
