Ingredients: 2 cups milk. 1/4 cup heavy cream. 1/4 cup white chocolate chips. 1 tablespoon dried culinary lavender. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. Pinch of salt. Whipped cream for garnish. Lavender buds for garnish.
Instructions: Add the heavy cream, milk, white chocolate chips, dried lavender, vanilla extract, and salt to a saucepan. Stir the mixture all the time while heating it over medium-low heat until the chocolate melts and it gets hot. Take it off the heat and strain it through a fine-mesh sieve to get rid of the lavender buds. Put the coffee into mugs, and then add whipped cream and lavender buds on top.
