Setting intentions for the 2024 Goals:
This year was a bad of shittttttt. Next year I will not be swallowed by this crap that is surrounding me.
Starting out with the 75 hard challenge to get my mind and and body back in alignment. Change and grow into better dietary lifestyles and get outside to walk to get that fresh air.

No. More. Excuses. No shortcuts. Gym. Walk. Gym. Run. My body was made for motion and I will not allow myself to fall into bad habits.
Don't let people at work drain me. If they can't learn and choose to not follow the proper documentation and procedures it's on them. Do my job to educate and inform, then move on.
Set aside an hour a night to write. I have let the excuses and laziness and depression swallow me. I love writing. Why am I doing something toxic instead of joyful?
And finally, say 'no'. Turn off my phone. I can't do everything for my mom, even though she thinks I should. I have my own life and need to flourish. I can't keep nourishing her when everything I do is never enough and there's nothing left to give because I haven't even given anything to myself.
So there's my promise to be better this coming year! Sorry for being flakey and not giving content or keeping up. Next year will be better ššš
