So the Playstation Vita's Launch Title List Came Out.
Just saw the PSVita launch title list. Let's look it over shall we?
Hot Shots Golf: World Invitational - Oh goody, GOLF.
Little Deviants - Mini games..? I thought Sony fanboys hated those.
ModNation Racers: Road Trip - New iteration of an old game. (I say this about Mario Kart too, don't worry.)
Uncharted: Golden Abyss - Good luck getting immersed in your epic story and amazeballs graphics on a 5" screen.
wipEout 2048 - Okay this one actually sounds good. Can't hate.
Army Corps of Hell ā Square Enix - Square, stick to what you used to be good at, mmkay?
Asphalt Injection ā Ubisoft - What is this, the third driving/racing game on here?
Ben10 Galactic Racing ā D3 Publisher of America - Oh, the 4th racing game. Starring a crappy character.
Blazblue: Continuum Shift EXTEND ā Aksys Games - Remake of a DS game, lawl.
Dungeon Hunter Alliance ā Ubisoft, Inc. - Can't hate where it's not due. This looks interesting, at least, and the only game of it's kind in the launch.
Dynasty Warriors Next ā Tecmo Koei - Again, can't hate. Though I think Samurai Warriors is better than Dynasty Warriors.
F1 2011 ā Codemasters - I think we're at 5 racing games now.
EA Sports FIFA Soccer ā Electronic Arts - Yearlies, here we go.
Lumines Electronic Symphony ā Ubisoft - Could be cool.
Michael Jackson The Experience ā Ubisoft - This is like a dancing game, right? I don't see the point on the DS, and I don't see the point here.
Rayman Origins ā Ubisoft - If you're going to play this game, play it on a big screen in 1080i. Don't cheat yourself.
Shinobido 2: Revenge of Zen ā Namco Bandai - This... looks pretty neat, actually.
Touch My Katamari ā Namco Bandai - Reluctant to have high hopes after the PS3 iteration was a gigantic let-down compared to the Xbox 360 one.
Ultimate Marvel vs Capcom 3 ā Capcom - Uh, yeah... there's no point playing these kinds of games portable. Play it on console, like a boss.Ā
Virtua Tennis 4: World Tour Edition ā Sega of America - ...rounding it out with tennis? Really?
Yeah, I'm honestly not very impressed. I wasn't impressed by the hardware at E3 (they put what the DS can do on the back of the console, oh boy), I wasn't impressed by the price tag (of the system OR the mandatory proprietary memory cards), and I'm not impressed with this launch list. Sorry, Sony, but between all that, and Monster Hunter launching on 3DS... I think your handheld days are numbered. :P
