Laura Bonthuis from the Netherlands is a professional athlete and was a high level badminton player who won many tournaments national and internationally. Laura Bonthuis also was a full contact kickboxing practitioner under sensei Wim Scharrenberg. Eventually she started training in Chinese martial arts at the Shaolin He Yong Gan martial arts school in Apeldoorn city in the Netherlands. Laura Bonthuis did Shaolin Kung Fu, Chen style Tai Chi Chuan, Full Sanda, Sanshou and many other aspects of the Chinese martial arts.
