Determination, commitment and dedication would have remained fancy words without any meaning if she didn’t implement them in her own life to show me what they really meant. She has sacrificed a lot in her life, so that I wouldn’t have to sacrifice anything in mine. I grew up cocooned in her love, comforted by her hugs and motivated by her life… and I wouldn’t have it any other way. I always say I’m strong but deep down inside I know that I can never be as strong as her. I kicked her when I was inside her tummy...I peed on her when she held me in her arms...And still she loves me like crazy. If I become half the parent that she is today, I’ll consider myself to be successful.
