Don’t have to relate to your MC and Non!MC being twins series, but it think it would be so fun to see a parallel between them in power. Now, I’m not too knowledgeable about MC’s past, but from what I can remember, when she was at EVER and being experimented on, every time she died she just came back to life without her memories. Now, imagine reader as a similar power, however, every time she dies, her soul hops into another body, killing them and as reader continues living in that new body, that body slowly begins to mold herself to her appearance and genetics. It’s almost like she never died!

I can see it now: the family of the person you've become noticing things—how “your” tastebuds have changed, how your hair looks just a bit light/darker when the sun hits it juuust right, how you seem lost and confused when someone references an old memory...
They think it’s because “you” had a near-death expereince; that tends to change people. But then, you change too much. And you run away, unable to face the fact you’ve created another ghost alongside making these people mourn their loved one all over again.
Maybe that’s why you become attached to MC? Maybe that’s why you worm your way into the hearts of all those she loved before? Because she cursed a dragon with immortality once... maybe if you break your sister’s heart, she’ll curse you with a permanent death?

Latest chapter is kicking my ass. More lore for Reader coming at you. Heavy angst with her and Sylus. And home girl has another existential crisis.
But on good news, the chapter after that reintroduces an old character, builds upon the Kerr family lore, and gets us closer to the first of many big reveals. Can you guess which one?
Hint: not love confession, but something just as personal for Reader. And, of course it’s to Sylus. It will also be a stepping stone towards the Qin family reconciliation 😏

Might be a possible AU for this story, or like a bonus scene (since the story's already stuffed). And his reaction would depend on where I am in the story.
In the current act, he'd be more subdued. Worried, always commenting how this won't be needed, but he'd listen with open ears with a tinge of sadness in his voice. In a later act... he'd be more impulsive. More emotional about stopping you, begging you, to not even consider that.
But either way, he'd be heartbroken. Seeing you write your will would make things too real. And after a certain scene, it'd make him consider some drastic measures (this story gets dark at some points due to each character's internal monologue).

I don't know if it is okay for me to share this here but do you have pull rituals? I am an fgo player and I always use rituals for pulls.
Unfortunately, I don't have a crow plushie with me but created a playlist with vampire related ost from twilight, tvd, vampire knight, and seraph of the end (his idol card came because I played Gabriela). That and a hot sauce pack, and my Gojo cat plushie 😂 a bit unhinged and weird but weird rituals have succeeded in fgo so 🫠
I envy those with a pull ritual (and I find yours endearing)... mine is just begging my screen like I've been off my meds for too long and getting mad when the fishie decides to jumpscare me 😭.
