Lasphen (Las):
-part of a dryad type species called the Lasphen or “Leaf People” -literally around a 100 but aged physically to 20 since Lasphen age at 1/5 human speed -almost 8 feet tall and super skinny or “willowy” as some may say -long hair that’s really waxy leafs intertwined into many braids and pulled away from the face -because their hair is leafs they can still perform photosynthesis to feed themselves, though they enjoy regular food too -smooth skin made out of wood -wears a cowl to cover their hair and face when doing jobs so they aren’t as easy to place -agender though can assign themselves one at will and is pretty chill with what people refer to them as -has a wispy voice that sounds borderline between a woman or young male -a hired hand basically, really they’ll do anything for money -they’re mostly curious to see what all the world has to offer and indulging in the finer things in life -drinks a lot and hangs out in bars (usually starts bar fights for the hell of it) -likes to have fun and sleeps around if they’re able to -extremely vain, sees nature and elves as the pictures of perfection and in their humanoid form they are a combo of both they consider themselves “the best thing since sliced bread” -doesn’t like humans, at all, because they thoughtlessly abuse nature and take it for granted -has blinding admiration for elves since they see them as respectful of nature and the “2nd most perfect” picture of beauty -gives no fucks over just killing people if they aren’t close to them, again will do anything for money -expertly trained with a bow and decent with knives though they avoid hand to hand combat. Tends to boast about their talent often -very stealthy and is able to blend in outside environments seamlessly -not the quickest because they’re so tall and gangly, in fact if a good blow is landed to their legs or arms they could completely snap like a twig (haha) and can take over a month to grow back -though some of the Lasphen can use magic, they cannot -EXTREMELY weak to fire -has a pet megapede (16ft tall desert dwelling centipede that is equipped for burrowing into sand/ground, usually shy but highly venomous) named Erwiel who they treat like a spoiled puppy -can turn into an actual willow tree or even a slightly anthromorphic version which is slightly under 20ft
Elaith Augethian (Ungolel/Woman Spider):
-female elf -only 19 years old -average height for female elves -muscular from totting around a battle axe all the time -fair olive toned skin with some armor tan lines -has some freckles and a faint scar running from her eyebrow to her lip -sharp, slanted eyes that are a stormy grey color and over shadowed by dark bushy brows -wildly curly muddy colored hair that’s always pulled up -has a deeper voice that almost sounds like her throats a bit sore, tho it isn’t -actually considered pretty for an elf -has a traumatic past that’s scarred her from any physical contact at all and will flip out if someone touches her -the only time she’s okay with touching anyone is if she’s doing the touching -was married off at the age of 16 for money though she left her town soon after that so kinda isn’t married sort of anymore??? -usually just stays working as a city guard in the new town she escaped to though she tags along with Las and Shulong a lot… She and Las disagree on some things so sometimes she sits those tasks out -does things around the city to help the locals -she is very adamant about what’s right and wrong and does all she can to make sure things are right -has a good sense of humor and comes off as very friendly and polite -dislikes men because of a past experience but is polite to them since she knows they have their uses -keeps distanced from people from fear of being hurt or hurting others -goes out of her way to help others and just generally wants to help people but doesn’t really let her walls down -doesn’t take ANY shit from anyone and if you’re on her bad side you’ll know because she immediately goes into giant bitch mode -you know she likes you though if she starts joking around with you and being sarcastic, though it’s rare that she’s around anyone that much -extremely skilled with her battle axe and is able to deal blows hard enough to slice through rocks -she sacrifices speed to be able to focus and land clean, deadly hits -enjoys studying war tactics, herbs, and poisons just so she’s prepared for anything -tho she doesn’t really use poison since she thinks it’s cruel -someday wishes to join up in a war to become a war hero -her skills with the axe are so good along with her pretty appearance have earned her the title of Ungolel or “the Woman Spider”
Demyen Shulong:
-goes by Shulong because in his culture it’s a great respect for the family -usually called Schlong by Las -middle aged Orc male -pretty short for an Orc considering they’re all usually over six feet and he’s barely five nine -kind of squishy but still has powerful muscles -standard leathery grey skin of orcs as well as the underbite, and red eyes -keeps his hair very short to buzzed and has a trimmed beard, both of which are a coal color -piercings scattered across his body -has a slightly Inuit facial structure -pretty good looking by human standards but below average for orcs -lives in an arctic climate zone between a tundra and mountains -basically a survivor man, knows a lot about surviving in the harsh outdoors -even though he’s older he’s had no possible mates since he’s seen as A) unable to provide because he isn’t the standard Orc body type B) annoying since he tries to pry for knowledge instead of just going with things and C) ugly for other orcs -really curious about how things work and wants to know all there is to know about EVERYTHING -pays really close attention to detail and has good memory -sometimes looks zoned out as he takes in many details -rather calm and talkative for an Orc (has an extremely deep rumbling voice too may I add) -neutral, prefers not to get involved in serious subject matters to avoid conflict -really just left home since his tribe got annoyed by him and he figured that he might as well explore to learn some stuff to answer his endless questions -despite the fact that most of his kind become warriors or berserkers he took on the art of knives. His twin Thwarters (ash metal combat knifes with black bone handles increased with moonstones, just beautiful he’d tell anyone) are like extensions to his arms -moves surprisingly fast, is agile, and can even manage stealth like a pro -also works as a hired hand but refuses jobs if they don’t fit his criteria -often prefers making things like leathers or potions as well as side jobs with Las and Elaith -he isn’t very easy to anger but if you touch his blade he will be out for blood -cannot handle awkward or uncomfortable situations… He just isn’t socially capable. When he gets too stressed, whether it be heat or an embarrassing conversation, he will revert back to a more “Orc-ish” state and become extremely irritable/violent over seemingly nothing -cannot use magic and his body is resistant to it, which can be troublesome if he needs healing -pretty insecure about himself since he never found a mate before leaving his tribe and those insecurities can be easily played on
