πΈ Not sure who needs to hear this.. but send this to a friend that does! π―ββοΈ Because sharing is truly.. caring π . Some other tips to tell your first time clients that have never had eyelash extensions before: π Get a patch test! Before getting lashes for the first time itβs recommended that the client comes in for a quick patch test. You would just apply a few lashes on to make sure the client doesnβt have a reaction! Sometimes clients can be allergic to the glue or even the tape so make sure to offer a patch test before setting an appointment. They will appreciate the offer and you will gain a new client that is happy with their experience! π π Have your clients wear something comfortable if they can! They are laying on a massage bed for over an hour so make sure they wear their comfiest clothes! π No mascara!! Make sure to stress to your client not to wear mascara when they walk into your door! πͺ If they canβt help it bc they are coming from work or a place they had to have makeup on- have some lash wash there for them to cleanse their lashes, just ask nicely if they need to come with mascara to make sure they come a bit earlier so they can clean their lashes! We are in the customer service business as well so you wanna keep them happy but informed π πWant more lash tips?! Share, like and comment and you will see these post more often in your feed!
